My father

   My father is like a friend to me. He loves me at all times. He teaches me all values and morals I must live by. And he himself lives by all the values. He belives in practising what he preaches. So I find my father honest. And he never find it difficult to be that way.
  My father is kind and generous. If anyone approaches him with a genuine needs he help them to whatever extent he can. My father is time conscious and punctual.

It is nice experience of making khir and potato pickle. First of all I go to buy materials things for khir making and potato pickle. I bought rice, milk, Ghee, Sugar, And khir masala. First of all I put the milk in dekchi. I boil it to 10 minutes. And I clear the dust of the rice and I put water and left for 5 minutes. Then after I put the rice into milk. I put ghee, Sugar And khir masala. I left it up to 15 minutes. Now khir is ready. I cut the vegetables and my mother helped me.Then I boiled potato ,pill and cut.My mother mixed everything in potato pickle. Then pickle was ready.Half of my work was done by my mother.So,I want to I thanks her.Then my mother surved  pickle and khir to us.

Experience of Selroti making

I was very Excited to make sel at home. It was my first time to make it. Ingredients To make it: 1) Rice 2) Sugar 3) ghee Method of making Selroti - Wash the rice properly - Now we are making the paste of Rice with Ghee and sugar - Place it in a large bowl - Heat the Oil . Put the oil according to the Sel. - Try to make a circle - Now Sel is ready My Aunt and My mother help me to do this work. They taught me to do this things. I loved to do this kinds of works . At first my mother went to rice shop and buy rice and she went to buy sugar and ghee. After she came back from the shop we wash the rice properly. After that we put the Rice in water. And we make paste of Rice with Ghee and sugar. We place it in a large bowl. Then my mother heat the oil. My mother and aunt put the oil according to the Sel. I tried to make a circle. In this way I make the sel and it was very tasty. I loved doing this kinds of works.
